We’re sorry to hear your order is delayed. Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date location information. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, while our same-day service delivers within 2-4 hours of ordering. If your order is outside these timeframes and the tracking hasn't updated, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Our carriers do not deliver on public holidays. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day, and the delivery timeframe will begin from then.
We deliver to most postcodes. The easiest way to confirm if we can deliver to your address is to proceed to the checkout page and enter your postcode. Our system will confirm if your area is within our delivery zones.
While we don't offer a specific next-day option, we do offer Same-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time. For small items, order by 9 am, and for large items, order by 7 am, to receive your delivery within 2-4 hours. Otherwise, our standard delivery will have your order to you in 3-5 working days.
Whether a signature is required depends on the size and value of your order. In many cases, our carriers can leave the package in a safe place if you are not home. However, for larger items or high-value orders, a signature may be necessary to ensure a secure delivery. If a signature is required and you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.
